Last checked Oct. 6, 2026. Sources: Fulton County Schools and its attendance zone map data, its 2026-27 north Fulton feeder pattern, the City of Milton’s address points and city limits map, the state’s 2025 School Grades data, the federal NCES school directory, the NCES Private School Survey and the U.S. Census Bureau’s geocoder, used to check which private schools sit inside city limits.

Public schools in Milton are run by Fulton County Schools, not the city. Eight of the district’s schools sit inside Milton city limits: two high schools, two middle schools and four elementary schools. Attendance zones do not follow city limits or mailing addresses. Many Milton homes and several Milton schools have an Alpharetta mailing address, and parts of Milton are zoned to schools in Alpharetta and Roswell, so those schools are listed here too.

Who to call

This page is the directory: one row per school, linked to a page with its zone, report card, principal, feeder schools and calendar. In each table, students and CCRPI come from the state’s 2025 School Grades report; CCRPI is Georgia’s College and Career Ready Performance Index, on a 0 to 100 scale. “Milton address points zoned” counts the points inside Milton city limits, out of 16,639, that fall in each school’s zone in the district’s map data. Schools are listed alphabetically.

Which high school?

Of the 16,639 address points inside Milton city limits, the district’s zone map data puts about 9,245 in the Cambridge High zone, about 4,291 in Milton High, about 3,038 in Alpharetta High and about 65 in Roswell High.

Hopewell and Northwestern are both split between two high schools, and Birmingham Falls and Summit Hill elementary schools are split between the two middle schools, so check the address, not the school name. The district’s 2026-27 feeder pattern shows every path.
