Where it is
Crabapple is one of eight character areas on the city’s map, about 963 acres in the south of Milton, centered on the crossroads where Crabapple Road, Birmingham Highway, Mayfield Road and Broadwell Road meet. The Arnold Mill corridor runs along its west side, Central Milton lies north and east, and Roswell and Alpharetta are to the south. OpenStreetMap marks Crabapple as a named place at the crossroads.
Development here follows the city’s Crabapple form-based code, with zones the plan lists as T2 to T5, from rural edges to the village center. The plan names Lakeside at Crabapple, Broadwell Pavilion and the Central Green as recent projects, and the Green’s stage, pavilion and trails as the main draws.
