Patios and outdoor dining in Milton: Crabapple and beyond

Most of Milton’s outdoor tables are in downtown Crabapple, where Milton’s sits in a restored farmhouse on Mayfield Road and Heritage Walk has a brewery taproom with a courtyard and rooftop. Farther out, 7 Acre BarNGrill has a patio at Birmingham Crossroads, and Caribou Coffee has one on Highway 9.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Milton’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. Because OpenStreetMap misses many Milton businesses, we added places from the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database and checked each address against the city boundary. A place is listed here only if its own site says it has a patio or outdoor seating; restaurants that may have tables outside but do not say so on their sites are left off until they do. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to add or correct your entry.

7 Acre BarNGrill is in a 1930s general store building at Birmingham Crossroads, its site says, with 93 seats inside and patio seating for 43. The menu leans on comfort food and produce from its own garden, and the bar lists 77 whiskeys.

B&B Tavern Crabapple is a family restaurant and bar in Crabapple Market West. Its site says its private events space comes with an outdoor patio area.

Caribou Coffee is the chain’s Highway 9 coffeehouse, with a drive-thru, and its location page lists patio seating.

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails has served Southern cooking since 2006 in a restored 150-year-old farmhouse and 1930s cottage in Crabapple’s historic district. Its site invites guests to lunch on the patio and dinner under the stars, with produce from its own garden, Milton’s Acre.

Six Bridges Crabapple is the Johns Creek brewery’s taproom on Heritage Walk. Its site describes a large courtyard patio and a rooftop, a dog-friendly patio and a food truck schedule.

Yum! Thai Cuisine & Bar serves Thai food with craft cocktails on Heritage Walk. Its site says patio seating is available, weather permitting.

• Morning: Caribou Coffee opens at 6 a.m. daily, and B&B Tavern at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
• Late: B&B Tavern stays open to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and Six Bridges, Milton’s and Yum! Thai to 10 p.m.
• Monday: Six Bridges Crabapple and Yum! Thai are closed.
