Milton’s bakeries are in its two big shopping areas: Highway 9 north of Windward Parkway, with a bagel shop and an Indian bakery-cafe, and Windward Parkway at Deerfield, with two chains. Downtown Crabapple’s cafes are on the breakfast and coffee list.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Milton’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 6, 2026. Because OpenStreetMap misses many Milton businesses, we added places from the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database and checked each address against the city boundary, since many Milton businesses use an Alpharetta mailing address. One chain page would not load for us; we kept that place because a 2026 state inspection record shows it operating. Cafe Lavande on Highway 9 is on the breakfast list instead, because we could not read its own site to confirm what it bakes. The list is alphabetical. The places

Cake World is a bakery-cafe whose ordering site lists party cakes, eggless cakes, cupcakes, fresh bread, pastry and savory puffs such as paneer tikka and egg puffs, alongside Indian dishes. It lists no Monday hours.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is the bundt cake chain’s bakery in the shopping center at 5230 Windward Parkway. It sells full-size bundt cakes, Bundtlets and bite-size Bundtinis, and its page also covers wedding cakes.

Panera Bread is the bakery-cafe chain’s Windward Parkway restaurant, in the 5304 Windward Parkway building. Its location page would not load for us; a July 2026 state inspection record shows it operating.

The Bagel Hole sells New York-style bagels, and its online menu covers schmears, breakfast and lunch sandwiches and bakery items. It is the earliest opening bakery on this list.
